NISB effective control of the business is assured through the PCSB HSE Management expectation which seeks to minimize the risks of Health Safety and the Environment to maximize business performance through systematic management to meet its contractual obligation.
NAUTICA INFINITY SDN BHD (NISB) has completed the project scope as a sub-contractor for Sepat C Field 1st Campaign to perform the retrieval work / recovering mooring system at Sepat-C Field. NISB has pledged its commitment to conduct all its operation safely, efficiently and with due regard to the environment within which it operates as follows:
Bridgewater 132 (BW132) Retrieval Mooring System & Flexible Hose
1st Campaign
Retrieval of 4 unit of Conventional Buoy Mooring (CBM Buoy) with anchor. To include delivery to Singapore.
2nd Campaign
Removal of 1 unit of 680m Flexible riser (Soluforce Hose) with associated accessories – (Hose to be cut into small pieces and to be disposed). In ensuring safe operation, this document details the key aspect of management responsibilities, communications planning and implementation, and emergency response arrangements. This interfacing arrangement will be reviewed by all relevant parties prior to the commencement of operations and effectively implemented and communicated during the operations.
Underwater inspection in lieu of dry docking (UWILD)
Nautica Infinity Sdn Bhd (NISB) provides a complete high-quality solution for all Underwater Inspection in Lieu of Dry-docking (UWILD) needs, with 100% in-house support functions.
Key Factor –
- Actively participate in Provision of UWILD Inspection service for Mobile Drilling Units (MODU) and floating production units such as FPSO’s
- ROV inspection (both platform and vessel based)
- Air diver inspection capability
- Working with Class Bodies (ABS, DNV-GL, & Bureau Veritas) to meet their certification requirements
- Additional enhanced service to complement our drill support offering
- Inspections performed in conjunction with classification body requirements
- Consultancy service to develop compliant inspection plans
- Provision of CSWIP 3.4u qualified inspectors both offshore and onshore data assessment and reporting

UWILD inspection is performed to ensure the structural and operational integrity of the marine assets throughout its operational life span.
